We keep this simple and in plain language, matching what’s already on our pricing page: no lock-in contracts, no registration fees, and a free trial before you pay anything.
Free Trial Classes
New students receive free trial classes before enrolling — 3 trial classes on a 2-day/week plan, or 5 trial classes on higher-frequency plans. There is no obligation to continue after your trial, and no payment is taken until you choose to enroll.
Monthly Hadya (Fees) & Billing
Fees are billed monthly, on the 1st of each month, based on the country and weekly frequency plan you choose (see current rates on our Pricing page). We hold local payment accounts for your convenience, so you can pay in your own currency:
- USD account — students in the United States
- GBP account — students in the United Kingdom
- AUD account and PayID — students in Australia
- Interac e-Transfer — students in Canada
- EUR account — students across Europe
- CHF account — students in Switzerland
- NZD account — students in New Zealand
Cancellation
You can cancel your enrollment at any time, with no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee. Please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 333 1941 225 at least 1 month before you’d like your enrollment to end, so we can process the cancellation before your next billing date.
Refunds
In most cases, we don’t require fees to be paid strictly in advance of classes being delivered — so if you’re not satisfied with your teacher, you can simply stop future payments without needing a refund. If you’ve already been billed and you’re disappointed with your teacher or classes, contact us and we will discuss a refund for the affected period. We’d always rather resolve this directly with you than have you pay for classes you’re not happy with.
Missed or Rescheduled Classes
If a student misses a class without informing us in advance, that class is not counted as a makeup class and is not rescheduled. If a teacher misses a class, we arrange an extra class to make up for it at no cost to you.
